01/18/2023 Announcements

Hi Everyone,

If you are getting a blank screen or ever a 404 or anything else all you need to do is clear your cache and cookies. If you are not sure how to do this please google: clearing cache and cookies and it should give you instructions on how to do so on your computer as the first link (normally).

Don’t forget you have two links to click on for OWL: 1. OWL Lecture and 2. OWL Labs. Both will have the SAME TRUE Section Number based on your Lab Schedule Number. You can find the 5 digit lab schedule number in your my.sdsu . The TRUE section is a two  digit number that you will need to make sure you know. This will allow myself, Megan, and the TAs to easily find you in our very large roster in seconds rather than minutes. Plus you won’t need to memorize three 5 digit numbers 🙂

Also if you registered for the wrong section, do NOT worry! An announcement will be posted after add drop deadline asking students who need assignments moved, to correct sections, and all you need to do is follow the directions and it won’t be an issue.

Best,

Theresa

Hi Everyone,

The CHEM 200 & 202 Lab Manuals are currently stocked in the SDSU bookstore. If you have not picked up your lab manual please do so before the start of labs this coming week.

Best,

Theresa

Hi Everyone,

If you took CHEM 100 last semester I do not recommend you do the Chapter 1 or 2 problem sets. Just do the General Chemistry Review to replace those two grades.

This assignment will replace Chapter 1 and 2 Problem Sets; if you choose to do it. You have unlimited tries to receive a perfect score and there will be no 85% adjustment if you choose to do this assignment over the Chapter 1 and 2 Problem Sets.

Start early and do not procrastinate. If you are ever stuck on a problem, either click on the submit so you can see how OWL works it out (then retry group) and/or go to the virtual help room.

To access the Chapter Problem Sets on OWL: Link
